What is Life Mapping?
Life mapping involves creating a visual representation of your present situation, and future goals.
By mapping out your life, you can identify patterns, make connections, and set achievable goals. This process can help you make informed decisions, stay focused, track your progress ,and celebrate your wins along the way!
You can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, and your true hearts desire. This workshop will provide you with the tools, companionship, and guidance you need to create your own life map and start living a more intentional and fulfilling life.
Why This Matters
Life transformation is hard... when we find ourselves at a turning point, it can be overwhelming to know what steps to take first.  Sometimes creating big, real lasting change to improve your station in life takes more than a magic bullet (which really just numbs the pain anyway).  It takes work to sort everything out... and I've designed this protocol to hold your hand through the entire process.
Transitions aren’t always planned. They can happen in the blink of an eye, reshaping your entire world overnight. It could be a deep realization, a yearning for more, or a more major life event. Anytime our lifes' landscape shifts; it's important to recalibrate to make sure what we do now... continues to reflect our values and goals... otherwise we can become consumed by the never-ending demands that drain us of our joy.
Examples of events that can trigger a recalibration (ie: re-visit this 90 min workshop) might include graduating from high school, college, having a baby, getting married, divorced, or even loss of a loved one, home, or job.  It's also important to use this tool over and over again as a business owner... to make sure every ongoing decision is still in alignment with your mission.
Having a map to return to; that you designed with your values and dreams in mind becomes a touchstone for mental health support.  Your life map will change over time, it will grow with you, and support you through your many life transformations. Â
Following the success plan that you define will motivate you to keep going, reach higher, and stay focused on manifesting the beautiful dreams placed inside your heart.
